We offer books on a first order, first serve basis. Do not send prepayment. Almost all books listed are in stock, but some will have recently sold out. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Send us your name, card type, card number, and expiration date. You can send us your order by e-mail, fax, or post. Because of the rapidly increasing cost of shipping, we have recently added a separate shipping charge:    U.S. customers: Due to the new U.S. Postal Service rates, we have had to increase shipping charges to: $3 for the first book on each invoice, $.70 for each additional book.    Customers outside the U.S.: The U.S.P.S. has sharply increased and complicate international rates. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship and charge our dustomers the new U.S. postal surface rate.
